July 6, 2010 – Jägermeister’s brand new festival stage is making its debut this summer, featuring an onslaught of performances by heavy hitting acts like Alexisonfire, Mastadon, Anvil and Avenged Sevenfold. The stage will make its first appearance at Heavy MTL and Metal Mayhem on July 24-25, 2010 before hitting the road with Rockstar’s Uproar festival and Rock on the Range in Winnipeg, MB. Alice Cooper, the Godfather of shock rock, will be the first to headline the stage at Heavy MTL before passing on the reigns to Hell Yeah at Uproar, and Canada’s own The Trews at Rock on the Range. Other acts to bless the Jägermeister stage this summer include Baptized in Blood, Fear
Factory, Airbourne and Hail the Villain.
Jägermeister will also host exclusive artist signings inside their party lounge, titled JägerWorld, at sponsored festivals throughout the summer. KoRN, Kerry King (Slayer), Hatebreed, 3 Inches of Blood, Beneath the Massacre and Shadows Fall are the first to join a killer line up of artists that will drop by the lounge to sign autographs and spend some face time with fans. Jägermeister will continue to host these exclusive signings throughout August and September at Canadian Uproar dates, as well as Rock on the Range.
